Create new or update repository with per-vm enabled

Is there a way to create a new repository or update an existing repository to use per-vm backup files via powershell? It looks like set-vbrbackuprepository doesn't provide an option set like say a backup job does which limits you to just the cmdlet flags.

Check -UsePerVMFile switch.
