is there a way to export and import a VBRJob?
I have to migrate multiple jobs from one server to another.

Not yet, but we are discussing this option in terms of automation.
Cannot advise on any ETA and precise functionality, though.

However, even today you should be able to:
- (old backup server) get an existing job
- (old backup server) go over its settings
- (old backup server) assign those to variables
- (new backup server) create new job, re-using settings stored in the variables
