Force automatic job stop after a threshold of time

Hello all!

I'm looking for a script that will force kill any jobs that are running longer than a specified amount of time, say 24 hours. We have a bunch of clients with some small bandwidth pipes and these jobs tend to just waste time and fail later on down the road. They also waste bandwidth at our datacenter.

Does anyone have any ideas?
