Map Backup Comman

Recently we found that we had too many VMs associated with a Backup Copy Job and had to break the job up into several different backup copy jobs. Part of that remediation was to re-map the new jobs to the new folders, however the re-mapping doesn't expose the folder, only multiple copies of same/original job. I would like to be able to do this with Powershell so I can select the job that maps to the correct folder with ease. Has anyone done a backup job remap with powershell?

There is no official way to do that, but there are couple of workarounds you can give a shot to. Thanks!
