powershell script to show the jobs thats runs long Time

I need a PowerShell script to show the jobs that's runs long time or that ran more than 24 hours ago , and send Email noteafction .

Does someone have any ideas.

Before we stick to scripting, can I ask you a question? Don't you happen to have Veeam ONE deployed? I'm wondering because it has the alarm you're looking for (it's called "job duration", if I'm not mistaken). Thanks.

Thank you for your reply, Yes We have veeam one installed , But we need script for after work or weekend for example at night.
By the way, Veeam B&R installed is ver (V8) .

You mean to make script perform some action in case it finds out a job exceeding allowed backup window? For instance, let script stop a job or something like that? We (me and Vitaliy) have previously combined our expertise to achieve the very same goal. Thanks.
