Powershell scripts for within Surebackup "labs"

Hi all,
We're looking to automate more of our DR/backup testing within SureBackups, and implement some of the scripting functionality within the labs using the Test Scripts setting within the Application Group options..

My question is really what kind of scripts can be run? I assume it's pretty much just to test that Windows services are started etc? Is it possible (with the right script) that numbers of records in a database could be checked (providing the application teams can provide a .ps1 script to do that)?
