Anyone knows how correctly rename folders in the repository after renaming jobs in veeam console?

There's not really a clean way of doing this right now and it gets pretty messy. I would avoid trying to automate it to be honest as there just isn't a good supported way.

You will need to follow this process and remap all the backups you intend to change names on. Copy-VBRJob with the -Repository flag _might_ help here, but I've tested in lab and seems that it doesn't "snap" to the imported backup as expected (maybe it's a True PerVM thing...not sure).

So I would recommend just automate the renaming as per the above KB article and print a list of the backup jobs to edit, then re-map the jobs manually after the renaming.
