Replication Job by powershell
I cannot make the disk of replica VM to thick via PowerShell, but it can be done through the GUI. anyone have idea?

Then VEEAM used thin mode for the disk of replica VM by default, is this function hard-coded in the software ? Is there any configuration file which I can modify this behavior

You can try to create a "template" replication job. Change its disk settings, then, clone the job via PS and see whether the disk settings stay intact. Thanks.
