Using https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... tml?ver=95 as a reference, the syntax does not show a spot to define what org to map a job to. Is there some missing switch or syntax to add the org that you want the job to map to? Or is it some parameter that is already defined in the job?

Thanks for reply. What I'm trying to find out is what is the "job object" specifically? Is it whatever org the vapp thats backed up belongs to? Is it the repo that the job is going to that gets assigned to the org in the self service portal?

In version 9.5 we've introduced vCD Self-Service Backup Portal. Using this portal, vCD organization administrators are able to create backup jobs and managed them however they like.

The said cmdlet exposes vCD backup jobs (that might have existed prior to 9.5) via portal and makes them visible to vCD organization administrators.

So, as a job object you have to specify existing vCD backup job that has vCD organization or one of its vApps as the source.

Ok so the parameter in the job that determines what vcd org in the self service portal it gets assigned to is the vcd organization that the vapp being backed up resides in. Correct?

Correct, either organization as a whole or one of its vApps must be backed up by a job.
