Update root password from password vault

Dear all, I have one case that my host is integrated with password vault, daily the root password is change for security reason, how can I get the new password calling the API asking the new password and update my job automatically ?

Hi,

Could you please elaborate on your scenario? Do you update password somewhere in VBR and then use it somewhere in a job or else?

1. I have one VM, called DB842, inside I have one instance of Oracle Database.
2. I create a Job, and Enable the option Application-aware in the Guest Processing.
3. In the Field, Guest OS credentials, I need to fill with the root password.
4. But, dialy the password vault change the root passwd from this host.
5. My password vault, provides an API that I can get the password.
6. How can I get the password and update the account or start the Job passing the new password ?
