Hi,
I'm building a report for protected File Server VMS.
We did give this vms a Tag File Servers and created a business view for it.
That works fine the business shows all Vms that we needed to be in there.
For this business vieuw group we run a report protected vms.
Everything is there except VMs that are backed up with the veeam windows agent they show as unprotected in the report.
I'm sure they are backed up. It's a about clustered Fileserver. Both nodes where detected in the business view and show also up in the report only it shows unprotected instead of protected.
They resaon here for is probably they are backed up with the agent.
Can we solve this or work behind this? Case #04374184
Thanks,
Benny

Re: agents based vms not included in my Protected VM report
Hi Benny,
VMs protected by Agents are not taken into account in the Protected VMs report. Workloads protected by Agents are listed in the Protected Computers report.
To work around it you may create two business view groups: one for VMs protected by VM backup and the other one for VMs protected by Agents and run each of the reports against the corresponding group.
Thanks

Hi Wishr,
Thanks for your reply. If i understand this well i will end up with two reports one for each group.
Thanks
