Backup Billing report from Business View shows all data

In v12 when running the Backup Billing report from a Business View object with only a few VM's the report result includes everyting and not only the objects in the Business View

In v11 this was not the case. Is this to be expected?

There were some changes since v11. Please open a support case and provide a case ID in this thread. It would be great to collect all the additional details and investigate them accordingly.
