Custom reports gone after upgrade
Hello everyone,
I just upgraded VAS from v9 to v9.5 U2. Now in v9 I have already created a few custom reports in Veeam ONE Reporter, however, after the upgrade I found that those custom reports are gone. I just want to know if this behavior is normal. Is this suppose to happen?
Thank you all in advance.
Have a great weekend!

Re: Custom reports gone after upgrade
Hello,
Are they gone or just changed?
Upgrade should not affect any reports. Sometimes due to changes in Veeam Backup and Replication or ONE some reports change, but they should not disappear.
What kind of reports did you have?
Thanks!

Re: Custom reports gone after upgrade
Hi Shestakov,
Yes they disappeared. What do you mean "what kind of reports"? I created 4 custom reports in addition to the out of the box ones. I had to recreate those 4 after the upgrade.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply.
There are 8 Custom reports, so I`m curious which of them you had problems with.
Anyway, I would suggest to contact support team to investigate this. Reports should not disappear after updates.

Re: Custom reports gone after upgrade
I think OP means that he saved report from templates and they disappeared (not custom report templates), which looks like an issue.
BTW, there is no Update 2 for Veeam ONE, so can you please clarify what exactly you did? Was it the upgrade to Update 1 by any chance?

Re: Custom reports gone after upgrade
Hello dears, I apologize for the late reply.
Yes sorry for the confusion. What I meant was VBR v9.5 U2 and Veeam ONE v9.5 U1.
I will open a case if needed but for now the custom report templates were just re-created (there were only 4). The reports themsleves (.pdf) were not deleted.
Thank you very much

thanks for the reply.
Anyway reports have to remain after upgrade, so please investigate the issue with Veeam support.
