I am trying to install veeam one , but an error mesage apper as error 1920 , the veeamRSS failed to start ,
I Tryied to start it manualy but also failed to start

I do not have a full complete license for veeam one right now , we need to test it first using free full trial license (one month and still valid) , But we already have a license for veeam backup and recovery still available and already used in production ,
My question Can I use my current license (veeam Backup and recovery) to open a ticket for veeam one?
Or use the veeam one trail license to open a ticket?
