HeatMap does not show all repository tasks

When selecting HeatMap from the Main page - we get a new window with 3 boxes can see all Repository free space and proxy usage but can only see seven Repositories for task usage.
Is this a limit set somewhere that we can change. We currently have 22 Repositories.

Do you have a task limit set on all repositories?

Each Repository has a task limit of 8.

Ok, can you try creating a new widget ( and dashboard if needed) and set TOP N value to 30 and see if this helps to display these missing repositories or not?

Many thanks for the response. Unfortunately this option is greyed out.

Veeam ONE is installed on a VM as part of a Domain. SQL is on a dedicated Server as part of the same domain
Veeam ONE was installed using a Veeam Service Account which is a Member of Domain Admins.
We have 3 "admins" who are part of Domain Administrators.
Veeam ONE server has these users added under Computer Management - Local Users an Groups - Groups - Administrators. In addition the Domain Administrators group is also added here.

The option is greyed out for Domain Admin, Service Account and 3 "admins" regardless of which one is logged into Veeam ONE.
I can create a new Dashboard and select All repositories under Heatmap but it still only shows 7 in the display and there is no option TOP N value.

Default options in the predefined dashboard are grayed out thus they cannot be changed. Yes, indeed there is no TOP N setting, as all repositories must be displayed. Can you open a support case and let our team take a look at the setup?

Looks like in our own labs we can see the same behavior (confirmed as a bug). Anyway, please keep the case opened until the hotfix is created for you. Thanks!

Hi everyone,

Just a quick update:
1. We'll remove the limitation to the number of objects in these widgets so they will "scale" automatically in one of the next product versions;
2. We'll add the ability to set TOP N objects and enable/disable the "Average" bar going forward.
