how do I import v10 reports in xml to v11 that expects json?

I exported all of our reports that existed in v10, the format of that file is xml. As far as I can see there is no option to chose a different format. When I now try to import a report in v11 it asks for a json file. If I ignore this I get an error (Selected file has unsupported extension). I don't see anything mentioned in documentation regarding this change of formats.

Is this just not supported? Do I have to use xml -> json converter? I had to accept that dashboards can't be exported, but I was told before migration that I can import my old ones in v11.

Hi pirx,

You can only use these options for the same version of Veeam ONE, not sure the conversion will do the trick here.

Looks like there was some kind of miscommunication. Can you share where you got this message from?

Don't give up hope, support just told me there is a way to convert in their lab! Lets wait and see.
