Monthly report resources growth per vm
Hi all,
I am looking for an option to make a monthly report, giving me an insight in the growth / reclaimed resources of all CPU, memory and diskspace per VM. I can't seem to find an excisting report that produces this information. Does anyone know if it excists or has anyone made such a report ?
Thanks in Advance,
Peter

Hi Peter,
There is a predefined VM Performance report. And you can use Custom Performance Report to choose desired performcane metrics.
Thanks!

Re: Monthly report resources growth per vm
Shestakov,
I am not looking for a performance report, I would like to know if someone added cpu's or memory to a VM, added or enlarged a disk, created a new vm or deleted a VM. We need this information for billing the VM's to the departments. At the moment we keep track of these changes by using Exel, but that is soooo 2005.....

Re: Monthly report resources growth per vm
Thanks for the clarification.
In this case check Infrastructure Changes by Object report. Set VM as an object type and choose desired object properties, such as CPU count, Disk size, Memory limit etc. to keep track of the configuration changes.
Is that what you are looking for?

Perfect!
There is Infrastructure Changes Audit which can also be handy.
