I installed the demo version of Veeam ONE in order to collect data about the use of VMware resources and hopefully to move to the retail version.
Looking at the "Datastore" dashboards I see several widgets saying "No data for this period", mainly "Top datastore read latency", "Top datastore IOPS", and so on, while other widgets (i.e. "Top datastore utilization") are populated with data.
I presume there is some configuration issue, but how can I troubleshoot it?
According to Murphy's law, the missing data are the most interesting for my managers...

Re: No data for this period
Hi Marius,
The VONE datastore dashboards show data collected for a certain period of time (previous week, etc.). Keeping in mind the product has been just installed, most likely the data has been not collected yet. Simply give it a bit more time to satisfy the requirements of your managers
Hope it helps!

Re: No data for this period
Marius,
The mentioned widgets with no data are performance-based, while those with are configuration-based. Could you check in Veeam ONE Monitor if the datastores have performance graphs?
Thanks!

Re: No data for this period
Many thanks to everybody.
I made some investigation and I discovered that there was an authentication issue.
So I re-installed the Veeam ONE server from scratch and everything works now.

Re: No data for this period
What kind of authentication issue did you have?
Glad the issue is resolved one way or another
