Problems in connection settings

I have a problem while I try to connect Veeam Reporter to a Virtual Center Server 2.5. The error message is the next:
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

The target machine doesn't have any active firewall and the source machine could ping the fqnd name of the target machine.

Could someone help me?

Is it possible that default connection port is customized on your vCenter?
