I am trying to create a report that will display the CPU Usage in % for all hosts in a cluster.
I would like the report to only contain data from 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday.
Is this possible?

Take a look at VMware Custom Performance if you want graphics and summarized information or VMware Raw Performance Data report if all values are needed.
