Reporter 4 cant see more than 12 SAN LUN's

Veeam Logoby pjh » Tue Jun 08, 2010 6:09 am

I'm currently trialling Veeam Reporter 4 against my test environment that had 12 SAN LUN's. All worked fine. Reporter reported them all. I've since added LUN13 and LUN14. Reporter does not see the new LUN's. Is there a limit on the number of LUN's reporter can report on?

Cheers!! Peter

Hi Peter, no there is no limit. Did your data collection job run after you added new LUNs?

Peter,

Could you please re-run your job, because I believe vCenter's cache haven't been updated to give a proper configuration information at the time you ran the job.

I have rerun the collection again 24 hours after the LUN's addition and it still didn't see them. I deleted the job and created a new one and it only reports the first 12. VM's that are using the new LUN's show N/A in the report where it should show the path.
