Does anyone receive this error from time to time

Reporting Service Not Available

the service is running

I do see some long waits on my SQL server but do not know how to fix that and even with that sometimes the reporting service is zippy other times very slow. memory cpu are way above spec on the vm

The reporting service should be up and running always. Thanks for the ticket, support will look at the logs and progress the case.

Have you followed the deployment specs on the helpcenter, right? As you mentioned way above the specified resources.
