Reports descriptions

Hi,

I've encountered one problem. I created custom infrastructure report to show only VMs with Vmware tools not installed state. I've used report builder to generate report only with details part from custom infrastructure report. My question is very simple - how can I change report's description which appears in generated report? And is there any way to send such report manually (by email) without waiting for the scheduled time. Thanks.

Hi,

Predefined reports description cannot be adjusted, but thanks for the FR. Yes, you can export this report to PDF (any other format) and then send it to the email address you want.

Are "custom infrastructure report" and "report builder" predefined reports?:) Also Active Snapshots predefined report shows changed description but not the report about outdated VM tools:/

Yes, they are, at least the engine. Thanks for the heads up, I will ask our QA team to review that.
