Service information:
Name: Veeam Reporter Scheduling Service
Version: 3.5.0.90
Getting the following message in the Veeam logs:
11:20:39 AM 3148 5 User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Status: Error
Message: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified)
********************
I'm pretty sure all the SQL information is configured properly.
Any ideas ?

Re: Scheduling service is stopped
Hello Leonid,
Have you tried to connect to this SQL Server instance using SQL Management Studio? This will indicate whether the server is accessible from the host Reporter Scheduling Service is running on and whether the credentials for the service are valid.

Re: Scheduling service is stopped
I did try that, I can login with no issues (SQL is running locally)

Leonid, please contact our support for better assistance. It's very hard to troubleshoot over the forum without having log files.
