Snapshot size Missing from Report
I have a problem with my report about active snapshot, it shows me the "Top Snapshot Age" but I can´t get info about the "Top Snapshot Size", however, I have the alarm "Latest Snapshot Size" active and I can see the size of the snapshot when I get an email about the alarm, for example, the description of this alarm is:
Description
VM snapshot (Grundinstall) size (27.8%) is above a defined threshold (20.0%). Current size is 25.06 GB.
It could mean that Veeam one is collecting the info but I can´t get it into my report.

Hi Oscar,
Can you please confirm that you have all datastores checked over here > Monitored Datastores ? Also, do you see any errors in the data collection in here > Configuration Summary -> Servers ?
Thanks!

Hi Oscar,
In this case, I would recommend opening a support case so our engineers could take a detailed look at it. Could you please open a case and share your case ID here?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Snapshot size Missing from Report
that was the solution:
So, in this situation Veeam One works by design.
To enable virtual machines files data collection you should set the Data Collection Mode to a Typical Deployment.
Please note that it might lead to a growth of a resource consuming.
As the other way, you can create an additional value in registry, which allows VM files collection for Advanced Scalability Deployment:
1) Backup the registry before performing any changes.
2) Follow the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREVeeamReporter Enterprise
3) Create REG_DWORD.
4) Name it CollectVMFiles.
5) Set the value to 1 (Decimal).
6) Restart Veeam One services.
