Start time: 9/18/2013 11:15:04 AM
End time: 9/18/2013 11:15:21 AM
License status: License is valid.
Status: Failed
Collected Objects:
Session log: Failed
9/18/2013 11:15:17 AM [info]: Generating ssrs report (Veeam Backup Status) using ssrs server...
--->9/18/2013 11:15:21 AM [error]: Unable to connect to the Microsoft Reporting Services server.

Hi Dom,
Have you tried navigating to Veeam ONE Reporter Configuration tab -> Data administration -> root object visibility -> and then hiding this vCenter Server?
Thanks!

It depends on the configuration you have now. But do you have a collection job for this "orphaned" vCenter Server?

Yes the server appears under Configuration > Servers
Yes under Configuration > Sessions "Data Collection VMware" is listed "failed" for this server.
But where do I see the collection jobs, I do not see Configuration > Collection jobs as I had in v6, there is nothing in v7 .
Configuration v6:
Summary
Collection jobs
Sessions
Data administration
Extension modules
Settings
License
About
Configuration under v7
Summary
Servers
Sessions
Data administration
Extension modules
Settings
License
About
no collection anymore !!!
Thanks,
Dom

Oh, I didn't realize you're already on v7. Collection jobs were renamed to Servers, so you should remove that vCenter Server from Servers, and then add it using new name.

Re: VeeamOne 7: Monitor vs Reporting
Sorry I am checking with both versions as I have v6 in Production and v7 in Test...
Under Servers I don't have any button to remove the server either in Veeam Reporter
There are one "Remove Server in Veeam Monitor under Virtual Infrastructure right click on the server but the wrong server is not seen in this tree!!!
Apparently the add/remove is only in Veeam Monitor in v7, isn't it?

Re: VeeamOne 7: Monitor vs Reporting
Yes, add/remove functionality is now in Veeam ONE Monitor Client, so if you remove any server from Veeam ONE it should be removed from all components. Can you please tell me how did the renamed vCenter Server was added to v7? Did you do this after starting monitoring this vCenter Server?
As to the initial error message, then try removing SSRS integration from Veeam ONE Reporter. SSRS is not required, since you can use a built-in reporting engine in the same way you use SSRS.

Re: VeeamOne 7: Monitor vs Reporting
Hello,
Yes the monitoring of the "New" vCenter Server was running already on the "old" vCenter Server.
One note both names refer to the same servers as "old" was an alias of "new" before vCenter crashed two months ago...
So now monitoring looks okay with only "new" but VeeamOne Reporter shows two names..
Thanks,
Dom

Ok, got it! I think our support team can assist you with removing "orphaned" records from the configuration, so please contact them directly.

Re: VeeamOne 7: Monitor vs Reporting
I am having a similar inconsistency issue between the Monitor Client and Reporter Web Page. I added a new vCenter server to the monitor client 2 months ago but it does not show in the reporter web page. Under configuration, Servers I only see my old vCenter server.
Should I open a support case?
I am running Veeam One v7

Yes, please. As only by looking into debug logs we can say what's going wrong.
