VeeamONE Reporter webpage refresh cycle
So we have a LG Smart TV set up in our offices now and tried to do a bit of playing around with VeeamONE Reporter.
We've not really had to use it before but have now noticed this issue where the webpage doesn't refresh and in fact is pulling old data.
We've tested this both on the smart TV and one of our laptops and the same issue.
The Reporter tool is pulling data that is over 1.5 hours old (We know this as there was a VM issues 1.5 hours ago that persisted the entire time and it didn't show in the reporter) and the webpage isn't auto refreshing.
Is there a way to configure this?
I didn't see anything obvious.

So this doesn't appear to resolve the issue but I have created a custom dashboard and set it for 1 hour.
It still shows the out dated information but secondly, are there plans to give smaller time windows?
We'd like to have this refresh or re-poll in 5 minute intervals at the very least.

Hmm...Can you please tell me what dahsboard and which widgets do not update the data? How often do you run your reporting collection job (can be checked in Configuration tab of Veeam ONE Reporter)?

Re: VeeamONE Reporter webpage refresh cycle
I created a custom dashboard and also was using the VMware VMs default dashboard.
Ahh, that was it, it was set to run daily.
When I tried changing it to periodic it wouldn't let me go lower than 3 hour intervals.
Is it possible to have this updated?
Our hope was to have a reporter page with a X minute refresh cycle showing the performance of the environment.

For some widgets there should be an option to configure the refresh interval (for most of the performance widgets), do not have access to the lab handy to check that, but once I'm in the office I will check your situations with the devs and will post back.

Re: VeeamONE Reporter webpage refresh cycle
All dashboards have built-in triggers that refresh data every 5 minutes, so the behavior you see is not expected. Can you please give me any example of the widget from the custom dashboard that does not refresh data? Additionally, I would suggest reviewing the debug information with our support team.

Re: VeeamONE Reporter webpage refresh cycle
Right now we're testing with the VMware VMs dashboard that was enabled by default.
If I go to configuration I can't get it to update any less than 3 hours.
I will reach out to support and see if we can determine the issue.

Re: VeeamONE Reporter webpage refresh cycle
Hey,
any news here? We have the same doing.
We would like to show an Veeam One Dashboard on an TV-Screen but the data are pretty old when they pulled only every hour. In the meantime is there a shorter refresh cycle possible?

Hi Martin,
From your last post we've adjusted the frequency of the widget updates in one of the previous VONE versions and will allow additional customization options in the next product versions. What particular widgets (not dashboards) you are talking about?
Please note that for each widget the update frequency is different.
Thanks
