Visio Callouts not appearing

Hi Guys

When running Enterprise report and generating a Visio in Visio 2003 ...I do no tget any callout boxes against any objects ..for example no callout boxes on network tab against ESX servers.

any help would be great

Think I have solved this already
Veeam Report Viewer - Option - Visio tab - tick Show callouts in Visio!

When I am trying to open a file I created, which I assume did not close properly gives me the following: Visio internal error: #2131 Action 1283: Open File First try closing and reopening the file. Next try restarting Visio.
I am still unable to open the file. Any suggestions?

Hello Azad,

Seems like there is an issue with Visio itself, I've done some search on your error, please have a look at the following links, that might help:
Visio internal error: # 2131: Action 1002: open and Internal error: #2131 in Visio

Alternatively, you may try running reports on another machine, and see whether this issue confirms or not.
