VM Configuration Assessment report incomplete

Hi,

I'm running the VM Configuration Assessment report on an environment, but the report is incomplete.
It only reports " VMs on datastores with 10% of free space", while a lot of other issues exists like VMware Tools not running.

I have ran this report on many other environments and never had this problem.
Does anybody has a suggestion?

Can you please clarify an "incomplete" term? Does this report show that everything is correct and some assessment checks have passed successfully as opposed to failing?

A lot of VM's are incorrectly labeled as "Ready to backup".
So there are only 2 catogories in the report: "Ready to backup" and "VMs on datastores with 10% of free space".

There should be a lot more categories.

Before contacting technical support, can you please run this report to see if VMware Tools data was collected or not?

Got it! In this case I would suggest reviewing the Assessment report with our support team over the WebEx session, since all data has been successfully collected.
