VM resource change report

Hi,

Is there a report for Hyper-V which shows changes of resources (vCPU, RAM, HDD) on VMs. Let's say you have VM with 4GB RAM and you add another 4GB and report shows that change has been made.

I believe there is no such a report, but data can be found under tasks&events tab of the host.
