vSphere Custom performance graph show data only for last week
We have issue with Veeam One.
When using vSphere Custom Performance (Range - this month, Object type - Virtual machines, Metrics - Datastore read-write I/O, read-write latency) only last week of data is shown in the graph, the rest of the it is just blank.
All other graphs seem to show data for all month but not vSphere Custom performance. This graph is very important because we would like to track VM IOPS and latency.
We have swapped SQL Express for a proper SQL server because we thought blank graphs are due to DB being full. Now DB is 9.7GB with unlimited size and 50% growth factor.
Data collection happens every 2 hours, we have 2 clusters with about 100 VMs. Event log dont show any failed data collections.
Where possible we have extended data retention but with no avail, Custom perfromance only show data for last week, can someone advise? Additional data can be provided. Case #04836631

Hi _james,
I'm observing the same behavior in my lab. Passed to our QC team for analysis.
Thanks, good catch.

Thank you wishr for the swift reply.
To add more information - we're using V11, not sure if this issue started with the V11, but im pretty sure it all worked fine with V10.

Turned out this is a known issue in v11 reported by one of our customers. There is a hotfix available for customers using paid versions. For others, the fix will be included in the next minor release.
Thanks

Ok, thanks for the info. These are great news.
Im out of the loop about Veeam update schedule - what could be the approximate time when minor release could be available?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any concrete ETA, but usually, we follow an annual cadence for major versions and release minor versions in between these.
Thanks

Okay, will have to wait for the update.
On the related note - what could be the safest and easiest way how to downgrade back to version 10?

Hi James,
I would say a complete re-installation if you do not have a backup of the v10 server or at least the v10 database.
Thanks
