Hello,
I've got a strange error when i try to configure SQL access in Reporter.
On the screen Server Settings : "Unable to query scheduling service state" was write
I put user and password of SQL Administrator (who have all access on database) and when i clic "save" the following screen says ApplicationException - Session timeout
Anyone can help me ?

Re: Web Acces Configuration Error
Hello, did you check to see if the scheduling service is running? If it is on a separate computer, can you connect to that computer with services.msc from your IIS server with web access installed? It would be best if you open a case with our support and provide all log files to speed up troubleshooting.

Olitux;
Please confirm that you are using domain/username format for this user name. Also, is this a local SQL installation or remote?

Re: Web Acces Configuration Error
I am having a similar problem.
I installed local SQL Express and it gives me the same error.
Database server: localhost/veeam
Database name: VeamReporter
User name: administrator
Password: password
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password
Do not know where to look to solve this connectivity problem.
Any Help would be great thanks.

Re: Web Acces Configuration Error
Re-installed everything
used local administrator and password with no success.
Same problem:
"Unable to query scheduling service state"
Wrong Username or password.
Is there a log I can take a look at?
Thanks,
William

Re: Web Acces Configuration Error
The above recommendation does not fix my instance of the problem.
I have installed on a local machine. VM running W2K3. I get the same error on the initial screen as soon as the program launches. Once I put in the suggested format for username/password and click save it immediately goes to another screen... ApplicationException - Session timeout - Try again error.
It seems as if the error is occuring prior to being able to input the username / password combination.
Thank you
