Hello,
the error "Wrong format. <path>.vmr is not a correct Veeam Report file" is permanent since many years, but I didn't use offline reporting, so I was ignoring it.
Now I'm asked for offline Visio reporting and I retried out this functionality - unfortunately without success.
veeam Reporting Service: 11.0.0.1379
veeam Report Viewer: 9.5.0.3210
(Visio Std. 2016 German is installed on the same machine)
I'm wondering if it is a language related problem. As it sometimes exists for auto-generated CSV ( default separator in en: , in de: ; )
VAS installation and OS installation are both in German.
Is there a simple configuration / workaround that I'm missing or have I to open a support case?
Thank you!
Stefan

For some unknown reason I actually can't login to the support site. That's why I was curious if the problem is known.
I will try tomorrow to open a new case/ticket. You can close this thread.
Thank You,
Stefan
