Ability to get unprotected assets using API

Is there any API's or powershell commands available to get the unprotected assets list, we were able to do this through Veeam One

No. You could of course build your own via API by querying the backed up VM's /api/v1/backupObjects and comparing to the entire virtual infrastructure VM inventory /api/v1/inventory/vmware/hosts/{name}

Any reason you will not keep using Veeam ONE APIs for this as you mentioned? They are truly feature rich, and built for these purposes, to give you quick data around your Data Protection.

I checked Veeam One, I did not see any unprotected assets list ? what would be the call I would be making to get the unprotected assets ?

Hello Koushik,
It seems we do not have a dedicated endpoint for unprotected at the moment.

You can perhaps obtain the list combining two different endpoints in VONE API, the protected workloads vs inventory VMs, it can be done.
