Developing a client access console with API

This has probably been asked before but I can't find anything on it. We are a VCSP and are needing to find a developer to help create a client on-boarding console. Basically a customized and branded Enterprise Manager so our clients and trial users can setup their own backup and replication accounts and check status, usage, etc. Other large partners have already custom-developed their own console and we need to do the same. We had a developer last year, but he has disappeared. Any assistance or pointing to a resource to program the console for us (paid) would be appreciated. I know Veeam has a basic console already created as I saw a demo of it last year, but it is basic and we need more added to it. Thank you.
