EM rest api broken in v11a?

Hi

After upgrade to v11a I get weird behaivure from EM rest api. I collect all (4) vcloud tenants using url */vCloud/orgConfigs. For each tenant I then collect VCloudOrganizationConfig using the href. Problem is that even though all tenants have unique href. The query result all show VCloudOrganizationConfig from one and same tenant. Ex using href from tenant 2 I get VCloudOrganizationConfig from tenant 1. Same for tenant 3 and 4.. Anyone else with same problem?
