Integration with ServiceNow

Hey Veeam Community,

I'm leading the research into adding Veeam into our environment, and a big part of our requirement is integration with ServiceNow. I was informed by my account rep that Veeam does have ServiceNow integration and there are some modules available. Plus he informed me of this community and the developers on it have developed modules as well. However, I cannot seem to find any information on it.

Can someone tell me what kind of things are offered, or where I can find more information?

Hi Justin,

Veeam doesn't have out-of-the box modules that integrate with ServiceNow, however you can use our RESTful APIs to develop one. On a side note, what modules in terms of functionality are you looking for?

We're looking for the ability to run a restore job from a ServiceNow job for the most part.

Got it! Depending on what type of APIs you're better familiar with, you can either take a look at PowerShell snap-in available in Veeam B&R server or RESTful APIs available in the Enterprise Manager.
