Test Credentials from job over API is missing

Hello,

customer cannot have access to console due security reason and in enterprise manager is not possible to extend permission to portal user like edit job
so we have created blueprint for customer to add VM for application aware backup
but we are missing testing of credentials over API of VBR

Yes, credentials test is not available through VBR REST, indeed. But thanks for your feedback, I noted it for further versions.
