Please review RND Case # 05234706
We raised an issue with unexpected API behavior
A patch was created and applied.
The unexpected behavior persists.
I’m not sure why it was closed. We pushed 2 replies to it with out response. Can you investigate both the issue and why it is closed.

I see that some days after the case was closed automatically, there were new emails from your side. The system responded automatically that the case is closed and that you can open a new case and refer to the old case number. No human ever read your last emails.

technically because nobody answered. The system sent automatic follow up emails where I cannot see any response from your side in our system. So the case was closed automatically.I’m not sure why it was closed.
