I'm not 100% sure I get the purpose of the post... but if you talk about StartJob, then performActiveFull is documented as a required parameter, yes.

I want to specify "backupModeType" as "Full"

And accordingly, I fill "activeFulls"

But I get an error (as I wrote in the first post)

Maybe you have an example of a request to create a job with "backupModeType" as "Full"?

Is it correct, that you want to do regular active full backups with a forward incremental job? If not, what is the desired job configuration?

The reference has an example for CreateJob

synthenticFulls would be "false" (it's true in the example). Did you try just keeping the backupModeType as "incremental" as shown in the example and then configured activeFulls accordingly?
