Hello, I have recently created a new 13.1 VBR server on a new Windows server 2022 deployment, and installed the HPE Beta. I added the HPE Morpheus server to the VBR, but of the three checks that it performs, it always failed to refresh the Essential entities. Even though it fails to refresh those entities, it says it completes successfully and allows me to finish the setup wizard. From there I attempted to create a cluster worker, but it does not allow me to select a network. I assume this is due to the failed entities refresh at the beginning. Here's a few of the logs that I was able to find when looking around for the cause of the issue.
Could you please reproduce the issue with Debug logging level enabled and share the platform service logs located here:
C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Plugins\HPEMORPHEUSVME\Veeam.HPEMORPHEUSVME.PlatformSvc.log
To enable Debug logging:
1) Open the appsettings.json file as administrator.
Location: C:\Program Files\Veeam\Plugins\HPE Morpheus VM Essentials\Service
2) In the Logging section, set the log level to Debug.
3) Restart the VeeamHpeMorpheusVmeSvc service.
4) Reproduce the issue and collect the log file.
5) Afterwards, you may set the log level back to Info and restart the service again.
Additionally, it would be helpful if you could walk through the "Edit HPE Morpheus VM Essentials Server" wizard with Debug logging enabled.
I'll send you an email so you can forward the log to us.
We have identified an issue with the subnet model for the "acme-col-test-azure" instance.
We prepared a testing fix, which Cody will share with you shortly.
Additionally, could you please confirm whether you are using HPE VM Essentials or Morpheus Enterprise?
Please note that our official support is limited to HPE VM Essentials. While Morpheus Enterprise may function in your environment, we cannot guarantee full compatibility, as it has not been thoroughly tested with our solution.
The patch that Cody provided did help our issue that was preventing us from deploying a helper VM in the HPE Morpheus environment, but now our original issue is preventing us from seeing any virtual machines within the environment. Our testing environment is a Morpheus Enterprise environment, so that may be the cause of the issue.

Could you please provide new rescan logs or share an error stack from rescan logs.
The build provided by Cody was supposed to fix the rescan issue. And I'm interested if the fix is not working or it's a different issue on rescan.
