Veeam backup to HPE StoreOnce 3640

Hi everyone,

My Veeam backup job fails when targeting HPE StoreOnce 3640, but works fine with local storage.

**Error:**
`235SIT260205 : Failed to perform backup: Repository ID [e3317da8-1f7a-4e69-a149-0b...]`

**Already tried:**
- Recreated the backup job
- Rebooted the Veeam server
- Recreated the StoreOnce store/repository

All still fail. No data is transferred before the error hits.

Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,

It might be best to open a support case so we can collect the logs and review the error message. You can also make sure the VBR server or a dedicated server is set as the gateway for the StoreOnce.

i have setup gateway server is VBR Server but still issue.

The error message is cutoff so it's difficult to say without logs or more information about the error. It would be best to open a support case so we can review.
