Add computers with individual agents in B&R

I have computers that already have Agent for Windows installed. I want to get them added in to a new B&R (Community Edition) server to be managed more effectively. Is it possible to pull them in as they are or does the existing Agent have to be uninstalled so B&R can reinstall its agent? I have tried just adding them like you normally would, but that has not worked.

and welcome to the forums.

As you said, that it does not work for you to directly add them (probably something is configured already, hard to say without logs), I would go the easy way: do a clean uninstall / install via VBR. It does not hurt and saves your time (because even if you open a case, it depends on the load of support, whether community edition will get an answer).
