Agent Backup Job Error

Hello
I use Veeam Backup and Replication version 9.5 update 3a
I Have a job to back up a physical server using Veeam Agent.
But sometimes I encounter the following error message
After several attempts to retry this error is resolved
error message:
ERROR:the requested name is valid but no data of the requested type was found

Please guide me
