Backup Copy Job for policy-based backups?

I'm struggling to find the Backup Copy Job option in V10 to allow creating from backups, not just jobs. In 9.5 you could add the backups created by backup policies into a Backup Copy Job, but now there is no drop-down and only backup jobs can be selected.

Ideally I want devices backed up by policy are first backed up to the primary repo; then to the secondary-repo via the backup-copy job. Am I missing something? Or has this feature been moved somewhere else?

if you are talking about the mirror / immediate mode: it does not support standalone agents today (or "managed by agent")

With the "classic" backup copy job (periodic copy), you can still do that. Nothing was removed

you can find all the details about immediate copy here:

The immediate copy mode is supported for the following backup types:

- Backups created with Veeam Backup & Replication
- Backups created with Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows or Veeam Agent for Linux operating in the managed mode
Only backups created by backup jobs managed by the backup server are supported.
- Backups created with Veeam Plug-ins for Enterprise Applications
