Backup Files by Date Range?

Hello,
Can you use Veeam to back up files by date range? In a nutshell, I want to be able to say "back up any file on this Windows box saved or updated after <date>." This would be a one-time job for a very unique overall restore situation, on a physical server managed by Veeam B&R. Can that be done?

No unfortunately such option is not available in the backup job, so counted as a feature request. Cheers!
