Best way to create a disaster recovery on cloud solution

Hi,
I'm a new entusiastic user of Veeam product, I want to know what is the best want to achieve this gol.
For a customer with a physical server on premise I want to perform a backup on azure cloud with the capability to turn on the azure vm and work on it in case of disaster.
What is the right way to implement it?
I'm open to any suggestion
