Cannot connect to the host Veeam software is installed on without getting the error, also can't upgrade to version 10 without getting the error.

We can't troubleshoot your environment via the forum posts, you need to work with our customer support engineers - a webex session is usually the easiest and fastest way to diagnose the issue. I see in they tried to reach you 30 minutes after you opened the case, but you did not answer.
