Client and server communication issue

Hi Experts,

We have a secondary location and it is connected with a site-to-site VPN. I have successfully installed agents in one of the endpoints in the secondary location(through the veeam server). but when I configure the backup job the job gets finished successfully but no data is getting transferred.

what can be causing the problem?
