Sorry for the stupid question.
Is there a way to push the Windows endpoint agent install from the VBR console to a new physical client?
What about adding the endpoint agent to a Windows server that is already in the Veeam infrastructure, like a tape server for example?

Yes, you can manage and deploy veeam agents from VBR
